Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly competent and self- Asst Manager / Manager to lead HR & Compliance operations and ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, and organizational guidelines. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in both HR and compliance functions.

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel file management

  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Code of Conduct (CoC), and buyer standards

  • Maintain, update, and preserve all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports

  • To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should know to face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.

  • To monitor daily worker safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & route cause analysis.

  • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.

  • Conduct various training programs (orientation, compliance, safety, anti-harassment, HR policies, etc.)

  • Prepare HR and compliance reports for management and buyers

  • Lead employee relations and handle disciplinary procedures in a lawful manner

  • Work closely with management to implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
