Strong knowledge of IE tools & techniques (SMV, OB, Line Balancing, Layout).

Job Location: 74/1 Degerchala Road, Hariken Bus Stand, National University, Gazipur-1704.
Job Responsibilities
Develop SMV, prepare line layout, conduct capacity study, and improve overall line efficiency.
Layout paper provide to Floor In charge /APM and discuss with them about styling.
To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
Set Daily Line Target According to Manpower & SMV
Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea
To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
New recruited operator assessment
Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
To help supervisors in line balancing during
Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
To Increase Efficiency Level
Prepare operation breakdown and ensure accurate methods for each operation.
Perform line balancing and method improvement to maximize output.
Monitor daily production, analyze bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Reduce style changeover time and ensure smooth production flow.
Manage manpower allocation and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare IE reports (Efficiency, DHU, Capacity, Line Loading) and submit to management.
Support the sewing floor in improving productivity and minimizing wastage.
Conduct work study, motion study, and time study as required.
Work closely with Production, Planning, and Quality departments to ensure smooth
Support new style development by conducting capacity and layout studies.
Train supervisors and operators on best production methods and efficiency
improvement techniques.
