• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Age 40 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience at least 20 year(s) including 5 years as a same position sound Knowledge of estimation regarding civil work

• Manage efficiently the project works, planning, proper staffing, accounting, inventory controlling including equipment
• Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of project is on schedule
• Work with responsibility for planning, finalizing, and executing construction projects according to stakeholder’s deadlines and within budget
• Act as a team leader and in charge of the project.
• Prepare and maintain clear, concise activity/progress reports and timely recording/ management
• Foresee impending problems and always keep up-to-date your team members about constraints of project
• Regularly engage in building harmony, developing contingency planning and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work as a bridge between project and top management to expedite any technical or financial issues.
• Define the project’s objectives to your men, enforce standard constructions and oversee quality control in the field.
• Manage technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, and regulators) to facilitate appropriate technical decisions.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Review major drawings periodically, staffing estimates and work schedules if felt necessary.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by top management.
