∎ Minimum HSC or Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing necessary instructions to the team to increase production with the quality for each order.
∎ Following up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ Quality Development.
∎ Product & Production Development
∎ Technical Development
∎ Technical Support.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ Collaborating with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Basic salary: Tk. 3,00,000.00 Per month
House Rent: Tk. 42,000.00 Per month
Conveyance Allowance Tk. 5,000.00 Per Month
Medical Allowance Tk. 3,000.00 Per Month
The Service is liable to be terminated by 60 day’s notice from either side.
