Experience:

At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in facility management, property management, real estate, security services, cleaning services, maintenance services, or B2B service sales is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Job Purpose
The General Manager – Sales will lead the sales and business development functions for the Property Security Management Services business unit. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, retaining existing clients, and expanding service offerings, including security guard services, building supervision, cleaning services, housekeeping, and building maintenance solutions. The incumbent will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build long-term client relationships, and ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Expand the client portfolio through networking, referrals, corporate presentations, and strategic partnerships.
Prepare annual sales plans, business forecasts, and market expansion strategies.
Explore opportunities to introduce new facility management services.
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and Sales target achievement
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, corporate organizations, and management committees.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle key client negotiations, contract renewals, and major customer issues.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Recommend pricing strategies and service improvements.
Identify emerging business opportunities in the property and facility management industry.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Present business performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer information.
