Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic General Manager who will lead the Production Department of Sweater Factory.
∎ Responsible for the production of the entire sweater factory.
∎ Responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production floor.
∎ Responsibilities will include ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facilities.
∎ To monitor production plan bring it in line with capacity & strength.
∎ Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train.
∎ Recommend methods for improving the utilization of personnel, materials, and utilities.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
