Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring of overall operation & administrative function of the Plant.
∎ Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ Supervise the production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of delivery.
∎ Good Knowledge to prepare Time and Action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
∎ Effectively manage labor requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology.
∎ Ensure proper and centralized planning of production to meet the delivery deadline
∎ Develop strategic operating plans that reflect company's long-term objectives and priorities
∎ Time to time communication with the Supply Chain Management team for retained materials and other aspects.
∎ Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensuring the good condition of vehicles and maintenance in proper and timely manner and reducing unnecessary maintenance cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ It will be get preference if the applicants have experience in the Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes Manufacturing Company.
∎ Technically very strong in Pre-production, production, planning, quality, efficiency, etc.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
∎ Skill in manpower management must possess huge experience and skills to deal with a huge number of workers
∎ Excellent communication skills. A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a multicultural environment is a must.
