Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post graduate with minimum of 15 years of practical experience in the production dept. of RMG sector.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exposure to run sewing lines independently and ensuring execution of production in line with shipment schedule.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on both woven and knit garments production, determine SMV and achieve sewing line efficiency with quality garments.
∎ Capable to address day to day production of sewing lines / cutting/ finishing and meet the production target as per preplanned schedule in cost effective manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 03 years’ experience as DGM/GM position in any reputed garment industry.
