• Should have proper knowledge on production materials/accessories, spare parts, electrical, mechanical items, stationeries, requisition processes, receiving and storing systems with safety and security following standard of compliance.

• Sound knowledge on In Bond and Out Bond regulatory agencies.

• Strong communication and leadership skill, Computer proficiency and capable to manage a volume of store materials.

• Age within 45 only are eligible to apply.

• Minimum 05-07 years of experience as in charge in large/ reputed garments industries.

BSA Group of Companies for its 100% export-oriented RMG sector is looking for Store In-charge in the rank of Manager for Store Department to look after the overall activities of Store dept. The position is Chittagong based. The ideal candidate should have job expertise and practical knowledge to lead the position effectively for the smooth functioning of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring of all fabric materials and accessories are received as per delivery challan, invoice etc, storage and issue the same on requisition of concerned production floors by establishing proper check point in the process of receiving and issuance of stock with developing an impregnable system of store and material management.

• Make delivery as per necessity with the valid and approved requisition, make update the stock position, after each and every event of stock movement in ERP system and report to the authority in the purpose of MIS and accounts as or when it required.

• Have to handle all kinds of Brand audit and quires and company Internal Audits.

• Communicate with the Merchandising, Commercial, Production, Accounts, QA, and other related departments effectively aiming to no interrupt of production and shipment Schedule.

• Contact with labor supplier, transport supplier etc. and utilize the labor and transport in cost effective manner.

• Any other work assigned by the management.
