Education:

• Minimum HSC

• Age At most 40 years

• The ideal candidate should have expertise in QC & Compliance, Quality Assurance and control, Inspection and Audit Control, Inspection and Quality Management System etc.

• He will be liable for failure of quality passed garments and shipment interruption in the issue of quality assurance.

• Must have the ability to supervise and monitor a large QC team with Good written skill in English Good ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame

• Good analytical skills Good inter-personal & communication skills Good team player, well-organized, and self-starter.

• Must have experience in handling customer like WALMART.

BSA Group of Companies- a 100% export oriented RMG sector producing and supplying woven and knit (Top and Bottom) garments is currently looking for In-charge (QA) / Asst. Manager (QA) for immediate appointment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the total production QMS in whole production process from cut to pack.

• Ensure look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to its full fill the customer expectation in accordance with guided standard.

• Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & ensured.

• Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.

• Ensure production technical standard in whole production process according to customer COC

• Implement both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of defect in production and control over reparable and washable garments

• Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company`s quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels.
