∎ Diploma or Higher Secondary or A Level or equivalent or Secondary School Certificate or O level or equivalent (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparels production of the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with the IE requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/ procedures and ensure that those requirements are met.
