Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive production audit program to ensure compliance with established standards, including monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
∎ Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures.
∎ Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively and effectively.
∎ Manage a team of production auditors and provide coaching and training as needed to ensure that all audits are conducted effectively and efficiently.
∎ Analyze audit data and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the production process are aligned with company goals and objectives.
∎ Manage the budget for production audit activities, including the development and management of cost control measures.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and manage any associated risks.
∎ Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ 10+ years of experience in garment production management, including experience in auditing and quality control.
∎ Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of production auditors.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to garment production.
∎ Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
∎ Strong budget management skills, with the ability to develop and manage cost control measures.
