∎ AH/DVM/EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize and implement day to day factory production
∎ Increase production efficiency and maintaining current quality standard. Evaluate product quality in the field level.
∎ Analysis the recipe considering cost, machine output, quality feed and RM availability etc.
∎ Responsible for production output and product quality. Check and re-check of the quality of produced products and take necessary steps for discrepancies.
∎ To ensure least cost feed formulation by the using unconventional feed stuffs.
∎ Prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly action plan and budget of the project and facilitate to implementing the activity.
∎ To oversee all daily operations of the production & adequate technical knowledge on feed plant.
∎ To lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Conformity.
∎ Adequate knowledge on feed mill maintenance etc.
∎ Any other works as per instruction by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literate.
∎ knowledge in Feed production
∎ Must have ‘CAN DO’ Aptitude.
∎ Candidate must have a distinct career vision.
∎ Honesty, Sincerity and Integrity towards company and himself.
