∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Inspection, Labor Counseling, Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining Total composite Industry with department wise following capacity:
∎ Knitting - 22,000 Kgs/day
∎ Dyeing - 22,000 Kgs/day
∎ Sewing - T- Shirt -8000Dz/Day & Polo Shirt - 1500dz/Day
∎ Have to monitor every single stage of production starting from Ready Fabrics to Complete Carton.
∎ Have to Prepare & Submit Daily Production, Consumption, Costing, Product Quality etc. Reports with the Support of IT to the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have commanding power to control, lead and motivate a large group of officials and workers.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ As per the company rule.
