Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct factory visits to evaluate capabilities, monitor production, and resolve issues.
∎ Analyze costs to develop competitive pricing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with design teams for market-aligned sample development.
∎ Create product presentations with design concepts, specifications, and cost breakdowns.
∎ Negotiate factory costs to meet budgets without compromising quality or timelines.
∎ Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including production and quality control.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English.
