Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate strategic business plan to promote revenue, business growth and ensure cost effective management of resources;
∎ Ensure achievement of Annual Business Plan and the growth gradually;
∎ Ensure quality production and on time delivery of products as per business plan;
∎ Enhance portfolio of the business unit;
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the factory as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
∎ Maintain liaison with stakeholders, government, non-government, autonomous body and corporate agencies as per business requirements;
∎ Ensure performance sales in the factory & optimum utilization of resources;
∎ Ensure maintenance of required raw materials & accessories stock level & subsequently lean Inventory Management in the factory for smooth production;
∎ Renovate the resources, ensure its better utilization and reduce wastage;
∎ Handle the customer feedback and take necessary initiative to ensure the clients service and quality products on time;
∎ Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all Departments to achieve company's goal;
∎ Lead, monitor, acknowledge, appreciate and train employees to achieve business plan;

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Leadership and Strategic Management Skills
∎ Industry and Business Knowledge
∎ Depth understanding of Garments accessories business operation & business development
∎ Assurance Skill
∎ Tough time player
∎ Experienced in garments accessories industries or RMG Industries.
∎ Leading the operation of large conglomerates, RMG & Accessories Industries.
