Job Context:
∎ Tajima Complex, is Naf Group`s production unit (Factory) specializing on embroidery & digital printing.
∎ (Embroidery & Digital Sublimation Printing)
∎ Job Location: Factory - Tajima Complex, Akran Bazar, Aithor Road ,Berulia, Savar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General Manager Merchandiser - (Embroidery & Digital Sublimation Printing) with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Foreign experts from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka etc are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have experience of accessories sourcing, e.g. embroidery thread, sequins, sublimation ink/paper, etc.
∎ Assignment/delegation of jobs and monitoring the activities (marketing team members, etc)
∎ Monitor production with acceptable quality and ensuring timely delivery schedule
∎ Monitoring of payments through Local LC's, cheque, etc. (from customers) and processing of Invoices; follow-up with buying houses, liaison with Bank etc
∎ Must have exceptional connection with at least top 30 international buyers like H&M, Zara, Marks & Spenser, etc to collect & book yearly embroidery & sublimation printing orders.
∎ Must have respectable connection with at least top 50 local garments factories like DBL, Epyllion, etc to collect & book yearly embroidery & sublimation printing orders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience & communication with the following party(s):
∎ Top Buying Houses, Knit/Woven/Sweater Factories, etc.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, etc.
∎ Very good communication skills in English and Bangla (Both Speaking & writing)
∎ Should be able to work under pressure & with monthly targets from management.
