∎ Candidates should have Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record. B.Sc in Textile Engineering is preferable.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reputed Spinning Mills, out of which 3 years in senior managerial/GM position.
∎ Should have up to date knowledge on production and quality.
∎ Should have Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
∎ Should be dynamic, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Should have computer skills & able to produce various reports for the management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Reputed 100% export based Spinning Mill is looking for potential Candidate for the position of General Manager (Marketing).
∎ Job location for the position is at Dhaka, Head office.
∎ Production Capacity of the factory is 40 Tons/day and its producing Cotton and Blended Knit Yarn (PC/CVC/Melange etc.)
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for management of overall Sales & Marketing related activities of the spinning mill project.
∎ The candidate should have vast knowledge & experience in selling Yarn at a profitable rate through applying effective marketing tools & techniques.
∎ Candidates having expertise of Yarn selling through Buying Offices are encouraged to apply.
