∎ At least 15 years of experience in real estate marketing & sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
∎ Proven ability to lead and control a sales team effectively.
∎ Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company targets.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
∎ Oversee all aspects of property sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Provide training, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
