∎ Excellent relationship management skills with global brands and retailers.
∎ Strong financial acumen, including CM/FOB costing, P&L impact analysis, and pricing strategy.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability and compliance standards (BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, etc.).
∎ Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and merchandising tracking tools.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

∎ Develop and implement a market entry strategy for UK, France, USA, and Asia to onboard new customers.
∎ Identify and acquire high-value buyers, ensuring no single client exceeds a justified % of total production capacity.
∎ Leverage industry trade shows, B2B platforms, and direct networking to expand the company’s global footprint.
∎ Oversee order execution from inquiry to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Drive product innovation and diversification, including cut-and-sew jersey products and man-made fibre driven apparel.
∎ Set and monitor CM (Cost of Manufacturing), FOB pricing, and contribution margins to ensure profitability.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality control, and planning teams to optimize capacity utilization and efficiency.
∎ Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to maintain smooth order flow.
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline merchandising and marketing operations.
∎ Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key buyers, securing multi-year business with growth.
