Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline/MBA in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to arrange marketing with reputed buyer for smooth running 500 machine.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
∎ Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to customers.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production.
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven record of working in a reputed knit garments company in Marketing & Merchandising for at least 20 years.
∎ Must have good track record of experience in reputed companies.
∎ Must be self-driven, creative and able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under challenging environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Good Computer skill.
