Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Lean Implementation in the manufacturing Plants.
∎ Define Value stream map and work on SOPs and continuous improvements.
∎ Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, maximize asset utilization through application of Lean concepts and data analysis.
∎ Analyze problems, identify issues, summarize findings and recommend courses of actions.
∎ Engage the Organization manufacturing network to learn best practices and assist in implementing at Bangladesh plants.
∎ Manage Plant Hoshin and projects.
∎ Support the execution of a site-specific strategic plan.
∎ Ensuring and fixing the appropriate Lean system for the development.
∎ To develop and implement the Lean methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
∎ Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives.
∎ Managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
∎ Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects extending beyond a department or business unit.
∎ General knowledge of business unit, department or functional area's processes and systems.
∎ Understanding of business unit, department or functional area's goals and practices.
∎ Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners.
∎ Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, from initial justification through implementation and evaluation.
