- Must be familiar with modern garment factory practices.
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee the recruitment and selection process across the group to ensure the right talent is acquired promptly.
- Develop and manage talent development programs, with a focus on leadership training, skill development, and career progression.
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate and address current and future workforce needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems that ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the annual appraisal process to ensure that employees receive constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and implement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures by applicable laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure all HR and administrative practices comply with national and international labor laws and industry standards.
- Promote ethical conduct and professionalism across the organization.
- Develop and oversee training programs that support employee growth and business success.
- Identify skills gaps and implement learning and development programs to bridge these gaps.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, employee engagement activities, and company-wide programs.
- Coordinate employee recognition events, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee well-being.
- Housekeeping, Factory machinery, Stock and inventory management.
- Land and property management.
- License renewal, supervision of all compliance-related activities like audit, buyer requirements, monitoring, and follow-up CSR activities.
- Oversee the factory construction work
- Follow up on local public affairs, company’s legal affairs.
- Efficient management of leftover jhoot stock.
- Supervision of Factory security department.
- Relavant additional job as assigned by the management.
