• At least 20 years

• Masters/ MBA from a reputed university, candidates having an engineering background will be given preference.

• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

• Minimum 5 years in Leadership Position.

• The incumbent should be leadership quality, dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.

• Possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

• Should have strong communication skills.

• As the Head of Operations leads directly the Sales, Business Development (BD), and Customer Service team of Chittagong and oversee the rest departments as Head of the Operation.

• Land Procurement, Land Acquisition under JV Agreement.

• Monitoring logistics work for CDA plan approval and get the work done in good time

• Ensure effective customer service to win the heart of every customer

• Setup an effective sale, and land acquisition policy, achieving the target on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.

• Monitor individual performance of sales, and BD people, provide guidelines to overcome the shortfall, and motivate for development.

• Lead team to prepare all Land Documents, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, etc.

• Ensure innovative marketing campaigns get good leads, generate excitement, and enhance market share.

• Candidate must have excellent deal-closing capability, a presentable personality, and adequate knowledge of customer service management.

• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation, and input customers` satisfaction.

• Ensure and maintain company culture in the Chittagong team.

• Ensure all deeds of agreement on behalf of the Company and submit all sales reports on time to management.

• Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
