Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of Operation lead the whole Sales, Business Development (BD) and Customer Service team of Chittagong.
∎ Land Procurement, Land Acquisition under JV Agreement.
∎ Monitoring logistics work for CDA plan approval and get the work done in good time
∎ Ensure effective customer services to win heart of every customer
∎ Setup an effective sale, and land acquisition policy, achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
∎ Monitor individual performance of sales, and BD people, provide guide line to overcome the short-fall and motivate for development.
∎ Lead team to prepare all Land Documents, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney etc.
∎ Ensure innovative marketing campaigns to have good leads, generate excitement and enhance market share.
∎ Candidate must have excellent deal closing capability, presentable personality and adequate knowledge on customer service management.
∎ Conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation and input customers' satisfaction.
∎ Ensure and maintain company culture in the Chittagong team.
∎ Ensure all deed of agreement on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
