Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for oversee daily operations, ensuring readiness and operational efficiency for a seamless guest experience.
∎ Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract both local residents and tourists to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Manage social media platforms, ensuring regular engagement, fresh content, and vibrant online presence to enhance the resort's brand visibility.
∎ Plan to build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and tourism stakeholders’ events, promotions, and partnerships to boost sales.·
∎ Motivate and boost-up morale of the employees of operational department through close interaction and briefing their contribution to the resort operation.
∎ Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to drive room bookings and event sales.
∎ Oversee daily operations across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and recreational activities.
∎ Ensure proper hygiene and quality of food and services in the staff canteen.
∎ Ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
∎ Gather and analyze guest feedback to improve services.
∎ Ensure obtaining and time to time renewal of all licenses/permission/certificates from the concerned govt. authority required for operation of the resort.
∎ Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the operational areas of the resort at all times.
∎ Monitor punctuality and attendance of resort employees.
