Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends, targeting specific customer segments within the garments industry.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including marketing managers, coordinators, and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
∎ Product Positioning and Branding: Define and manage the positioning of the garment’s product lines, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
∎ Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
∎ Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and product launches, ensuring they effectively communicate the value proposition of the garment’s products.
∎ Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing strategy, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce initiatives to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach to achieving business goals.
∎ Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve desired outcomes.
∎ Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
∎ Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities that can enhance brand visibility and broaden the company's reach within the garments industry.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate marketing initiatives, strategies, and results to senior management, providing updates on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Develop strategies for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback, and using insights to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments, developing strategies to expand the company's presence in both existing and new markets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in marketing roles, preferably with significant time spent in the garments or fashion industry.
∎ Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams.
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing trends.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for campaign management and data analysis.
∎ Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
∎ Creative thinking and a strong sense of aesthetics to maintain brand consistency.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and organizational needs.
