Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (BUTEX or Any Reputed Textile College/University); B. Tech. / M. Tech in Textile/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry.
∎ Key skills:
∎ Proven successfully experience as a General Manager.
∎ Well conversant in computer.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor production and productivity regularly.
∎ To stop re-dyeing.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly and yearly production plan.
∎ To ensure proper production monitoring and on time delivery to maintain production plan.
∎ Ensuring that products are dyed correctly, cost effectively, and delivered on time.
∎ Planning, scheduling and reviewing work load a pre-production and deploy daily prioritized work schedule to achieve date line targets. Day to day existing ERP update and monitoring the concern user.
∎ Ensure production department have sufficient time to manufacture and deliver on time to customers requirement.
∎ Set, monitor and review RFT for dyeing.
∎ Set, monitor and review SOP for sections like production, Lab, QA, Store and set a team for SOP audit.
∎ Set and monitor process control audit.
∎ Keep special attention on customer complain and take corrective and preventive action.
∎ Implement IE to reduce man power and increase work efficiency.
∎ Set a team to analyze customer complain and take corrective and preventive action.
∎ Responsible for and ensuring not to purchase any restricted chemicals, less hazardous chemicals, find alternative for restricted chemicals.
∎ To ensure updated material safety data sheet (MSDS), technical data sheet (TDS), and restricted chemicals free guarantee latter from supplier.
∎ Monitor and manage production KPI’s to achieve on time delivery target.
∎ Control all associated operational and manufacturing costs according to the prevailing budget forecast.
∎ Implement cost saving idea into practical for different sections.
∎ Implement wastage recovery plan or reuse of wastage material as requirement of some high end customers.
∎ CoC ensure must & others requirements time to time assign by the management.
∎ Document Need To Be Maintained:
∎ 1. Production report of dyeing.
∎ 2. Mechanic, utility, and all problem report.
∎ 3. Daily dyeing and delivery plan according to planning shipment schedule report.
∎ 4. shipment schedule report.
