Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Dyeing to lead and oversee the overall dyeing operations of a large-scale textile manufacturing facility. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic planning skills to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end dyeing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely production.
Develop and implement dyeing process improvements to optimize cost, productivity, and sustainability.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and chemical management systems.
Lead dyeing operation planning, capacity utilization, and manpower management.
Coordinate with Finishing, QA, Planning, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
Handle buyer audits and technical meetings effectively.
Monitor KPIs, wastage control, and cost optimization initiatives.
