We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven AGM/DGM – Dyeing & Finishing to lead and oversee daily dyeing finishing operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery in line with buyer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dyeing finishing operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure shade consistency, fabric quality, and finishing standards.
• Implement process controls to minimize reprocessing, wastage, and defects.
• Coordinate with Dyeing Production, QA, Planning, Merchandising, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Support buyer quality requirements, audits, and approvals.
• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity.
• Ensure compliance with chemical safety, ETP, and environmental standards.
• Prepare production reports and operational performance updates.
