Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as Head of Foreign department (Sales and Marketing) of the company and will be responsible for the following duties:
∎ Lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Preparation and implementation of sales plan of the company.
∎ Formulation of sector wise yearly sales budget of the company.
∎ Conduct marketing research and define potential market segment for the existing/new products of the company.
∎ Responsible for business development in local and international market in changing economic situation of the market.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating team members to reach individual target.
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in foreign/ international marketing sector will get preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to take challenges to meet the target.
∎ Computer literacy is obligatory in MS Word, MS Excel.
