• Candidates having MBA from DU & Graduation from BUET will get advantage.

• Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Quantitative analytical ability.

• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with the company`s overall objectives.

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure objectives and KPIs for the construction department.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.

• Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.

• Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
