Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D,Civil Construction,Construction Estimating,Costruction costing,monitoring of contractors work,MS Project
Additional Requirements:

- Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Quantitative analytical ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with the company`s overall objectives.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure objectives and KPIs for the construction department.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
