Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and large residential projects.
Strong technical and project management expertise.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage contractors/subcontractors.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC standards.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities & Context:
Rupayan Group is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic General Manager – Construction to lead and manage multiple high-rise and large-scale real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience delivering large construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end construction operations for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure timely project execution in accordance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, and approve project schedules and work plans.
Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors.
Conduct regular site visits, technical assessments, and progress reviews.
Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, Fire Safety, and other regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, QS, Finance, top management, and other relevant departments.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly project updates and risk mitigation reports.
