∎ The applicants should have 12 to 15 years’ experience in the following area(s): Commercial Documentation Export/Import through L/C Freight Forwarding/C&F Knowledge on all kind of Mushak 7, BOI and all type of industrial permission.
∎ Candidate must have well communication skill with Different Government organization for different permission and license·
∎ Must be computer literate.

∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent job expertise and leadership quality to lead the team members in an effective manner and achieve desired goal of the company.
∎ The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way.
∎ The candidate should be capable to work For Organic TC in an efficient way.
∎ Candidate should be able to work with respective China fabric suppliers and buyers in an efficient manner.
∎ He should lead, monitor & guide all commercial team members to ensure that Import, Export, Export Documents, Trade Finance, Customs, Bond, Licenses, C& F, Cash Incentive, Transportation etc. related Jobs are properly executed.
∎ The candidate should have effective liaison & coordination skills to complete the jobs related to Ministry, Bangladesh Bank, EPB, Customs & Bonds, Licensing Authorities & other related govt.
∎ Leading, monitoring & supervising overall activities of the commercial department Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members.
∎ Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company.
∎ Ensure Preparation of export documents for Bank, C&F, BGMEA, EPB, BOND, BOI, Customs etc.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of all imports.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Manage Trade Finance related jobs in an efficient manner.
∎ Maintain effective Liaison with Banks, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents, BGMEA, BKMEA and other organizations in relation to export and import documentation.
∎ Provide Vehicle program to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment and export schedule by maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement.
∎ Import & Export, Opening of L/C, Liaison with Foreign Supplier/ Buyer, Local Indenter, VAT, Custom and Group of Companies work order etc.
∎ Import and Export processing through Bank, EPB, BGAPMEA, Customs etc.
∎ Preparation of Import and Export documents.
∎ Must be able to work independently as head of Commercial department and supervise the team to ensure that Custom, Bond, VAT, clearing & forwarding, import-export, and incentive issues. etc. are properly negotiated.
∎ Forecast commercial activities and take proactive approach.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs.
∎ Ensure proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization.
∎ Communicate with the supplier and ensure the best bargain.
∎ Communicate with freight forwarding companies and shipping lines to accomplish proper C&F.
∎ Deal various financial activities and ensure cost minimization.
∎ Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long-term goal of the organization.
∎ Must have to ensure compliance with local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.
