Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 45 years

• Overall management and administration of all organizational projects in respective departments

• Manage multiple staff positions

• Lead strategic planning including annual budget and program design aligned with organizational mission

• Ensure the annual internal and external audits are developed in time and implemented

• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, grant conditions, and reporting standards

• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are maintained and reported as agreed with its donor/s

• Maintain positive and ongoing relationship with all donors

• Expertise in developing funding and grant proposals

• Coordination of activities that involves liaison with Govt departments, including fund approvals and fund release procedures

• Prepare planning, analysis and written reports with respect to existing organisational policies and recommendations

• Collaborating with government agencies, local NGOs, and community organisations in relation to organisational values

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both English and Bengali

• Conduct advocacy, outreach and networking campaigns in the field of rights of underprivileged children

• Strengthen departments with reference to IT support and data monitoring tools

• Ensure implementation of organisational safeguarding policies including child protection.
