Experience:

• BBA or MBA from a reputed university (preferably with a focus in Business Management, Operations, or Marketing).

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 5–10 years of senior management experience in commercial laundry services or a related industry.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and achieving business growth targets.

• In-depth knowledge of laundry service operations, business development, and client management.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

• Expertise in sales, marketing, and supply chain management.

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies to expand market share and client base.

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance company growth.

• Generate new opportunities from corporate clients such as hotels and hospitals.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure successful client onboarding.

• Develop franchise business channels as required for expansion.

• Oversee all aspects of commercial laundry operations to ensure consistent service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Direct sales and marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and achieve revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and industry regulations.

• Mentor, coach, and inspire department heads and teams to achieve high performance.

• Oversee procurement strategies to secure quality materials at competitive costs, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain operations.
