∎ Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, pricing, and cost optimization to improve profitability.
∎ Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead teams to enhance productivity and service quality.
∎ Process Improvement: Implement new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability.
∎ Procurement & Vendor Management: Optimize supply chain for detergent and cleaning material procurement.
