We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Outlet Attendant to manage daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to business growth.
- Greet visitors, answer questions, provide information about services, and assist with customer needs.
- Receive and tag laundry items brought in by customers for cleaning services.
- Process customer orders in the billing system immediately after receiving laundry.
- Ensure service requirements are clearly communicated by the customer and reflected accurately in billing.
- Respond to customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, reporting complaints to management for resolution.
- Deliver laundered items to customers while maintaining service quality and responsibility.
- Report customer feedback, issues, or complaints to the operations team.
- Answer phone inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
- Provide attentive and respectful customer service with a focus on friendliness, support, and patience.
