Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting audits of financial transactions to ensure that they are accurately recorded and processed by the hospital's accounting system.
∎ Conducting audits of internal controls within the hospital to ensure that rules are functioning correctly and efficiently.
∎ Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
∎ Preparing analysis for departments.
∎ Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.
∎ Reviewing internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure they operate effectively.
∎ Reviewing financial records for accuracy and ensuring that transactions are correctly recorded.
∎ Training staff on the importance of ethics and compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Guide employees on how to comply with the rules and procedures and advise on how to avoid breaking them in the future.
∎ Reviewing financial statements, researching economic trends, and preparing forecasts for possible upcoming scenarios.
∎ Ensuring that the hospital is following all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of risk management programs within an organization to ensure that risks are identified and managed appropriately.
∎ Conducting special audits and investigations into suspected misconduct.
∎ Conducting forensic audits of complex transactions or entities, often in conjunction with other auditors from other disciplines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18 years (At least 05 years in a leadership/ similar position) of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed Hospital / Diagnostic Center.
∎ Extensive experience in auditing.
∎ A record of success in internal audits.
∎ Solid knowledge of auditing disciplines.
∎ Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong time management, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
