Job Notice

Saidpur's renowned Al Muakhkhir Consultation and Diagnostic Center Limited. A self-contained and modern diagnostic center and pharmacy (24-hour service) established and managed by doctors is recruiting for the posts of General Manager on an urgent basis.

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth functioning

  • Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction

  • Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities

  • Monitor conversions, upselling, and cross-selling of services/packages

3. Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage clinic staff including therapists, counselors, and front desk

  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings

  • Ensure team productivity and discipline

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business

  • Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

5. Inventory & Administrative Control

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination

  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control

  • Maintain reports related to sales, attendance, and clinic performance
