Responsibilities & Context:

Saidpur's renowned Al Muakhkhir Consultation and Diagnostic Center Limited. A self-contained and modern diagnostic center and pharmacy (24-hour service) established and managed by doctors is recruiting for the posts of Deputy General Manager on an urgent basis.

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and implement strategies to meet performance targets and high-quality care standards.

  • Performance Management: Lead staff, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions for underperformance.

  • Financial Control: Manage budgets, control expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost improvement.

  • Service Development: Drive service redesign initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency, often focusing on efficiency and quality.

  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clinicians, nurses, and external stakeholders, resolving urgent issues and managing complaints.

  • Human Resources & Governance: Participate in staff recruitment, training, and development; ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
