Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in social sciences, gender studies, public health, social work, humanities, law or other related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Ukhiya Team Office under CARE Bangladesh Cox`s Bazar Field Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be till April, 2022

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' experience with a minimum of one years' work experience of GBV in emergencies, protection, and gender programing, working with an NGO required.
∎ Note: Candidate who has maximum experience and knowledge on Gender and women empowerment will be prioritise if she doesn't meet the educational requirement CARE looking for.
∎ Experience & technical skills
∎
∎ Experience working with Men, Women, Boys and Girls of Rohingya community.
∎ Experience in conducting gender training and knows tactics and techniques of gender approach.
∎ Interpersonal and knows Rohingya and chittagonian fluently.
∎ Has skill on Bangla typing (English will be advantage).
∎ Must be comfortable and confident to attend and facilitate internal/external meetings.
∎ Clear understanding of gender, human rights, issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in team setting.
∎ Strong ability to organise work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritise work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
∎ REQUIRED: Fluent communication skills in both verbal and written Bangla, Rohingya/Chitagonian. English advantage compulsory.
