Educational Requirements:
∎ In case of bachelor's degree holder, the minimum experience requirement is 8+ years

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years or experience in a similar role i.e. looking after GE both at workplace and program
∎ In case of bachelor's degree holder, the minimum experience requirement is 8+ years
∎ Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on gender combined with a self-reflexive and intersectional understanding of power inequalities and gender dynamics
∎ Ability to provide technical direction on gender transformative approaches to program/projects, ensure high quality outputs and impact, set realistic priorities, and plan for the successful implementation of activities
∎ Demonstrated experience in gender responsive program/project design, proposal development, and fundraising
∎ Demonstrated expertise in developing and applying high quality gender analysis & program design tools
∎ Effectiveness in bridging conceptual frameworks and practical guidance
∎ Able to transfer technical knowledge and skills, and influence attitudes to improve gender equality
∎ Experience in training, capacity development, and knowledge management around gender issues and commitment to participatory learning
∎ Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and practices in a development/stabilization/humanitarian response work environment
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with team members and partners
∎ Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
∎ Relevant computer software skills (including, at a minimum, the standard applications in MS Office)
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and in stressful situations with minimal supervision and without compromising on deadlines or quality
∎ Excellence in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English Languages
