Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree/Equivalent in Sociology, social sciences, psychology and gender studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Based in CARE Cox`s Bazar Field Office.
∎ Contract Duration: The duration of the proposed contract is up to March 31, 2020.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years' experience with at least 5 years of experience in GBV in Emergencies programs.
∎ Demonstrated expertise and experience in GBV case management.
∎ S/he must possess a strong knowledge of IASC GBV Guidelines (2017).
∎ S/he must have strong adherence to the GBV principles and their practice in GBV response.
∎ The candidate must also have a strong knowledge of and experience in integrating GBViE Minimum Standards in Emergencies and in working with various sector programs.
∎ Knowledge of the major development issues in Bangladesh.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal in English and Bangla.
