Responsibilities & Context:
What you’ll do……
Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.
Costing & Material Sourcing: Analyze costs and source materials within specs and budget.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and update management on progress.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Resolve production issues and clarify technical queries.
Research & Development: Track trends and evaluate new materials to improve quality.
Sampling & Prototyping: Manage sample development and coordinate with suppliers to perfect prototypes before production.

Functional competencies: Garment fitting, Pattern construction, production manufacturing, production machinery and quality knowledge.
