What you’ll do……  

·       Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.

·       Costing & Material Sourcing: Analyze costs and source materials within specs and budget.

·       Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and update management on progress.

·       Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Resolve production issues and clarify technical queries.

·       Research & Development: Track trends and evaluate new materials to improve quality.

·       Sampling & Prototyping: Manage sample development and coordinate with suppliers to perfect prototypes before production.

·       Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.

·       Diploma in Textile Technology/manufacturing is preferred.

·       Good command of English language, both written and spoken.

·       Functional competencies: Garment fitting, Pattern construction, production manufacturing, production machinery and quality knowledge.

·       Driving for results, willing to take responsibility.

·       Passionate about quality and customer focused

·       Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
