∎ Must have 4 years or above experience as Garment Technician in Knit/outerwear industry.
∎ Strong knowledge in fabric & garment construction.
∎ Capable to identify and analyze problems and give solutions.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Must have 4 years or above experience as Garment Technician in Knit/outerwear industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate garment samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
∎ Identify potential problems of samples that may arise during production and provide solutions.
∎ Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk).
∎ Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect sample as per customer/buyer demand.
∎ Follow up production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department.
