∎ At least 3 years-experience in the related field E.g. fundraising, developing proposals, grants writing, funding applications/concept notes, technical briefs in any INGO/NGOs.
∎ High degree of communication and presentation skills in English.
∎ Highly proficient at using MS Office suite.
∎ Having experiences developing proposals institutional/writing funding applications/concept notes and technical briefs. Proven experience in monitoring and managing funding/grant opportunities.
∎ Proven track record on securing institutional funding, KPIs, impact assessment, and accountability review systems.
∎ Ability to think strategically.
∎ Ability to work and manage tight deadlines under pressure. Excellent ability to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead on the development a comprehensive and sustainable fundraising strategy for TLMI-B.
∎ Secure funding for TLMI-Bangladesh in line with the country strategy through the identification of funding opportunities with national and international institutions, trusts, foundations and corporations.
∎ Continuously analyse the wider market for funding, identifying threats and risks which may impact fundraising over the long-term and, factoring this analysis into a recommended strategy.
∎ Conduct research, and analysis into funding opportunities and develop relationships with the funders. Develop Unique Selling Proposition for TLM-B and presentation materials to approach donors for funding.
∎ Work together with Operation Team to develop project proposals and concept notes align with TLM mission and the donor's objectives.
∎ Lead on the development, documentation completion and submission of proposals and concept notes, in collaboration with TLMI-B’s operations team
∎ Facilitate proactive and effective communication with donors and partner.
∎ Develop relationships and networking with TLM supporting countries that have a strategic partnership with TLMI-B. Work with TLM IO’s institutional fundraising coordinator with a view of identifying and building upon global opportunities.
∎ The Leprosy Mission International Bangladesh (TLMIB) is a member of The Leprosy Mission (TLM) which is an International Christian faith-based organization, committed to changing the lives of persons affected by leprosy. TLMIB has been working in Bangladesh since 1991 as a partner of the Government of Bangladesh to eliminate the causes and consequences of leprosy to achieve its vision ‘leprosy defeated, lives transformed’. The major areas of works are included healthcare service, community rehabilitation, advocacy and research for the people affected by leprosy, disability and social exclusion. Currently, TLMI-B invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for this position.
