Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Grants Management Officer. The successful candidate will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage grants, and cultivate donor relationships to support the organization's mission and initiatives.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
∎ •Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational funding goals.
∎ •Identify and pursue diverse fundraising opportunities, including individual donors, corporate partnerships, and grant funding.
∎ Grant Management:
∎ • Researched, identified, and applied for grants from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.
∎ •Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development to reporting and compliance.
∎ •Ensure timely submission of grant applications and reports.
∎ Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management:
∎ •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and funding partners.
∎ •Identify and engage potential donors, both individual and institutional.
∎ •Develop and implement donor stewardship initiatives to enhance donor engagement and retention.
∎ Collaboration and Coordination:
∎ •Collaborate with program managers and other team members to gather information and insights for funding proposals and reports.
∎ •Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting for grant applications.
∎ Event Coordination:
∎ •Plan and execute fundraising events to support organizational initiatives.
∎ •Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of fundraising events.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ •Minimum Bachelor's in Development Studies/Social Science/ International Relations/Education/English/Economics/Social Work/History
∎ •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ •Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
∎ •Familiarity with fundraising platforms, tools, and techniques.
∎ Location: Kazi Para, Mirpur (Beside Metro Station), Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Position Type: Full-time (Saturday to Thursday)
∎ Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 BDT
