• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symphony.
• Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Vue.js, Angular.
• Expertise in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Experience in Visual Basic .NET for developing desktop applications.
• Database management skills with MySQL or MS SQL.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Docker and containerization tools.
• Solid understanding of API security, including JWT and RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Additional Skills (Nice to have):
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at debugging complex issues.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our apps are current and competitive.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, practices, and reporting formats.
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile and web applications
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
